The following video - Fixing Broken Things - was developed from two of our ongoing project - Champlain and Phoenix projects. The properties are part of our REGAP -Redevelopment/Revitalization/Environmental Greening/Aviation Program, we receive distressed properties and revive them to livable conditions for a family (veteran, homeless, disabled, or elderly) in need.
